About Gibson Works
Gibson Works was founded on the belief that great construction starts with great relationships. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, the founder brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project—offering clients not just guidance, but true partnership.

Gibson Works specializes in construction management consulting for projects ranging from $500,000 to $25 million. While consulting is the core focus, the firm also offers General Contracting services for select clients with complex specialty or subcontractor needs. These services are supported by a trusted network of skilled carpenters, foremen, and superintendents—professionals the founder has worked with for years.

His construction career began in 1994 at Foushee and Associates in Bellevue, WA, where he worked his way up to Senior Project Manager, managing commercial projects up to $20 million and leading preconstruction efforts. Since 2007, he has served as Director of Preconstruction Services at MRJ Constructors, guiding projects from early planning through execution and leading business development for the firm.
