It is important for me to be very clear that I want to help you with the things you need help with. None of you share the same needs or skills so the services I provide to one person will never match those provided to another. I will cater them to you and you will be given the opportunity to pick and choose what you want help with.

Preconstruction and Planning Support
Collaborate with Client, Client’s representative, and design team to develop the project scope of work.
Provide guidance on overall project scheduling and sequencing.
Complete initial high-level feasibility to determine viability of project with owner and design team.
Develop, maintain, and take ownership of the project development schedule.
Offer insights on scope of work to optimize project efficiency and design value.
Advise on construction methodologies and best practices.
As a team, develop and implement a unique project plan specifically suited to the client’s needs and the project’s complexity.
From here the project will commonly head in one of four directions:

We would develop a set of drawings to be priced by the right General Contractors.

Interview and hire a contractor for preconstruction and construction services.

Facilitate the owner hiring specialty contractors themselves with a level of guidance from Gibson Works that is suitable to the team.

Gibson Works could act as a General Contractor to perform the work or joint venture with another General Contractor.

It is important to understand that each of these 4 approaches would look much different based on what the job is and who the client is.
